Astellas Pharma Support SolutionsSM offers access and reimbursement services to help patients and their healthcare providers overcome challenges to accessing Astellas products. Astellas Pharma Support Solutions provides information regarding patient healthcare coverage options and financial assistance programs to help patients with financial needs.

Astellas Pharma Support Solutions is designed as a single point of contact to help patients understand their coverage and reimbursement options when they are prescribed an Astellas medication. We are here to answer questions about your insurance coverage or accessing your Astellas medication. Astellas helps the medical community improve the overall safety and quality of patient care and treatment by supporting opportunities for high-quality, comprehensive independent medical education. Changing Tomorrow: Our Annual Day of Service

At Astellas, our commitment to improving the health and well-being of patients, neighbors, and communities is at the core of what we do. Our employees are part of this commitment, and Changing Tomorrow Day reflects their passion for giving back. Since 2009, Astellas employees in the Americas have volunteered more than 140,000 hours of their time in their communities.

Paid Volunteer Time Off

In addition to in-service commitments at Astellas, we support our employees’ personal charitable work. We are proud to offer 5 paid days off per calendar year, during which full-time employees are encouraged to serve with 501(c)(3) organizations that are important to them.

Matching Gifts Program
